Shane Decker
Founder & CEO
Shane Decker is the Founder and CEO of Decker Capital, specializing in small-bay light industrial properties across the Southeast. With over $300 million in acquisitions and 3 million square feet under management, he leads the firm’s growth, strategy, and investment execution. Known for targeting management-intensive assets, Shane uses technology and strategic renovations to enhance value and tenant experience. He began his career in property management, is a University of Florida graduate, and serves on the UF Real Estate Advisory Board. Shane lives in Aventura, FL with his wife and three children.

Peleg Amzalag
COO & Partner
Peleg Amzalag is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer of Decker Capital, where he oversees operations and serves on the Investment Committee. With over a decade of experience in industrial real estate, he manages acquisitions, asset and property management, accounting, and due diligence. Peleg previously held senior roles at Infinity Properties and Rexford Industrial Realty (NYSE: REXR). He is licensed in Florida and California and lives in Surfside, FL with his wife and two children.
